PRIVATE CLASS
Let me help you to stay on track with your unique Practice.

A session includes: 
  • 90 minutes of personal guidance in Yoga, Breathwork and Mindfulness. I will create a special toolbox for you, easy to repeat by yourself on and off a mat.
  • We agree on a time and place most convenient for you.
  • I will supply yoga-mats, cushions, blankets and all necessary equipment. You only bring yourself.
  • €130 per session (I will add €5 if I come to your place, if it is further than 15km, I will charge accordingly).
  • This price is valid for up to 3 people. If there are 4 or more persons participating, I will charge €40 each.


 
CORPORATE YOGA
Learn practical tools to increase your quality of life and work.
Sessions include:
  • 60 minutes of Yoga, Breathwork and Mindfulness, adapted to the level of the group
  • We plan a regular day and time in your office that suits best the schedule of all employees. We can also be flexible.
  • I will supply mats, cushions, blankets and all necessary equipment.
  • €135 per session up to 4 people
  • 5-10 people €28 each
  • 11-20 people €24 each
  • 21-X people €18 each

 DETOX
Invest one full day to reconnect to yourself.
Detox Day includes:
  • A detailed phone or personal conversation prior to the scheduled day to assemble preferences
  • Place can be either my yoga studio or a place of your choice 
  • 90 minutes Yoga and Mindfulness session in the morning
  • Green, vegan Smoothie
  • Healthy, vegan brunch to take home
  • You will get a written task to work on for the afternoon
  • 90 Minutes Yoga and Meditation session in the early evening
  • Vibrant vegan dinner
  • I will supply all necessary equipment
  • Cost: €600 all included (extra charge for long distant location)
  • Additional person +€50
